1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf simulator activities at Launch Pad Golf Club (“LPGC”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury from golf swings, golf balls, clubs, simulator equipment, flooring surfaces, lighting, and related facilities. By entering the premises or participating in any activity, Members and Guests voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, Members and Guests agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Launch Pad Golf Club, its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in activities at LPGC, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.

3. Guest Responsibility

Members are fully responsible for the conduct and safety of their Guests. All Guests must comply with LPGC rules, policies, and staff instructions. LPGC reserves the right to deny access or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

4. Alcohol and Food Disclaimer

Alcohol consumption, where permitted, is voluntary and undertaken at the individual’s own risk. LPGC does not assume responsibility for the actions of intoxicated individuals. Members and Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws and exercise responsible judgment at all times.

5. Equipment Use

All simulator equipment, clubs, balls, and related technology must be used in accordance with posted rules and staff instructions. Improper use may result in removal from the facility and financial responsibility for any damage caused.

6. Health and Medical Condition Disclosure

Members and Guests are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically fit to participate. LPGC makes no representations regarding medical suitability and assumes no responsibility for medical conditions aggravated by participation.

7. Video Surveillance

For safety and security purposes, LPGC utilizes video surveillance within the facility. By entering the premises, Members and Guests consent to such monitoring.

8. Scheduling, Access, and Technology Disclaimer

LPGC utilizes third-party scheduling and simulator software, including TrackMan and USchedule. LPGC is not responsible for temporary outages, software interruptions, or technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

9. No Professional Instruction Guarantee

Unless explicitly contracted, LPGC does not guarantee professional instruction, coaching outcomes, or performance improvement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the facility, booking a session, or participating in any activity, Members and Guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers.
